摘要
The numerical results derived in the previous paper is analysed to find out the dependence of the wave function on the separation of two dislocations. Then, the wave function of an electron, which is scattered off an isolated dislocation, is represented by means of some integrals. In the region, where the scattering term is well-defined in the wave function, the expression for the t-matrix is derived being consistent with the first Born expression in the limit of small pz. © 1979 Springer-Verlag.
