INFRARED REFLECTIVITY OF BI-SR-CA-CU-O HIGH-TC SUPERCONDUCTORS

摘要
The reflectance of Bi2Sr2CanCun+1O2n+6 superconducting films with n = 1 and n = 2 has been measured at 300 and 25 K from 400 to 20000 cm-1. The superconductor conductivity ∼σ(ω) has been singled out from the total reflectance by subtraction of the substrate contribution. ∼σ(ω) is given by the sum of a Drude term plus a T-independent term from overdamped oscillators. A clear dependence of the Bi2Sr2CanCun+1O2n+6 infrared optical functions on Tc has been first established. Possible interpretations in terms of existing theoretical models are suggested. © 1990.
