摘要
Fluorescence spectra and their rise and decay dynamics of a merocyanine dye in the interface layer have been studied as a function of penetration depth of the evanescent wave intensity by total internal reflection fluorescence spectroscopy. The aggregation of the dye was enhanced in the interface layer of up to almost-equal-to 100 nm thickness compared to the bulk solution.
