SPECIFIC-HEATS OF THE PYROCHLORE COMPOUNDS CD2RE2O7 AND CD2RU2O7

摘要
The specific heats of the pyrochlore compounds Cd2Re 2O7 and Cd2Ru2O7 were measured below 20 K. The data was found to be well described by the expression C=λT+αT3+βT5 below 6 K for both compounds. The Debye temperatures were calculated from the T3-term coefficients. The values for γ were found to be 26.5 mJ/mol-K2 for Cd2Re2O7 and 12.3 mJ/mol-K2 for Cd2Ru2O7. The θD values were 285 and 310 K respectively. © 1979 American Institute of Physics.
