摘要：

Comparison of Soxhlet and sonication extraction techniques using different solvent systems demonstrates that Soxhlet extraction gives somewhat higher recoveries than sonication. Because these differences are generally small (∼12%), the use of alternate extraction procedures must be considered when analyzing complex environmental/waste samples. The choice of extraction procedures may be indicated by the type of sample analyzed, the concentration of analytes, and the number of samples to be prepared. © 1990.
