摘要：
The elution by potassium chloride gradients of eight proteins from four anthraquinone blue dyes immobilized on Sepharose-4B was examined. These comparative studies show that the relative involvement of particular features of a dye in binding to proteins varies with most proteins but may be constant for NADH-dependent dehydrogenases. Previous suggestions that a part of reactive blue 2 binds to the nicotinamide site in lactate dehydrogenase are not supported. © 1979.
