摘要：

An original liquid deuterium target has been built at the Orsay Linear Accelerator Laboratory to study the interaction of monochromatic gamma rays of 400 MeV with deuterons. We give here the description and the performances of the target and of the automatic system which provides it with liquid deuterium during several weeks, without any human intervention.
