The investigations of the thermodynamic properties of R152a (purity: at least 99,99%) were focussed on the measurement of the pressure/temperature dependence along 17 quasi-isochores in the liquid single-phase region. This region of state, which was investigated using two apparatuses, extended from the triple point to 450 K. The relative uncertainty of the measurements - related to the quotient pv/(RT) - is less than 1.10(-3). The (p, v ,T) data measured can be reproduced within their uncertainty of measurement with the aid of a correlation equation with 11 substance-specific constants. In the temperature range above 200 K, the measured values are in good agreement with data given in the literature. In addition to the investigation of the (p, v ,T) properties, temperature and pressure at the triple point were measured for the first time. on the basis of vapour pressure measurements up to 260 K and investigations into the saturation density up to a pressure of 1 MPa, correlation equations have been set up which reproduce the measured values within the uncertainty of measurement.
