TRANSMISSION ELECTRON-MICROSCOPY CHARACTERIZATION OF A LARGE-PORE TITANIUM SILICATE

摘要
The large-pore titanium silicate ETS-10, synthesized with tetramethylammonium, was characterized by means of TEM. The parameters of an orthorhombic unit cell, a underbar = 14.79 angstrom, b underbar = 14.5 angstrom, c underbar = 13.06 angstrom, were determined based on both electron and x-ray diffraction data. A one-dimensional channel structure is proposed, with channels running parallel to [001]. The cations and molecules occupying channel positions display significant positional disorder.
