摘要
1. Isolated guinea pig epidermis cells after incubation with 1,8-dihydroxy-9-anthrone show a decreased RNA-synthesis as measured by the incorporation of 5-3H uridine into nuclear RNA, compared to that of controls. 2. The effect of different concentrations of 1,8-dihydroxy-9-anthrone and the time dependence of the 1,8-dihydroxy-9-anthrone effect on the RNA-synthesis in isolated epidermis cells were investigated. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
