摘要
Methods for the establishment and propagation of clonal chondrocyte strains were presented. Under certain conditions these clonal strains produced matrix for extended periods. The addition of a small number of non-cartilage cells to these strains resulted in a rapid loss of phenotype. The possible relation of this effect to the dedifferentiation observed in mass cultures is discussed. © 1968.
