摘要
The main anthocyanin in the blue-purple flowers of Verbena cv 'Amethyst' was identified as delphinidin 3,5-di-O-(6-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucoside) by chromatographic and spectral methods. The major anthocyanins in the flowers of a red-purple strain were determined to be cyanidin 3-O-(6-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucoside)-5-O-beta-D-glucoside and pelargonidin 3-O-(6-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucoside)-5-O-beta-D-glucoside.
