摘要
The electrical conductivity and thermal depolarisation of both undoped and anionic impurity doped KDP and ADP crystals are studied. The proton transport in both the H2PO−4 and NH+4 sublattices seems to be responsible for the conductivity and ITC of ADP crystals doped with CrO 2−4 and Cr2O 2‐7 ions. In the case of KDP crystals doped with these ions, the proton transport in H2PO−4 sublattice itself can account for the experimental results.
