DIPOLE AND QUADRUPOLE BREMSSTRAHLUNG AND DAMPING OF ELECTRON PLASMA OSCILLATIONS FOR ANY DEGREE OF IONIZATION

摘要
Electron-ion, electron-neutral dipole, and k2 radiations and electron-electron quadrupole k2 radiation are obtained from a calculation of current with quadratic gradient terms and agree with other derivations. The collisional time damping of electron plasma oscillations is also evaluated, and agrees with parts of other papers in the literature. A negative k2 collisional electron-ion contribution is found which disagrees with other analyses and computer experiments.
