摘要
1. The three phases of transmitter mobilization in Helix pomatia were studied. 2. The rate of all phases are increased by extracellular calcium. 3. The time-constant for the monoexponential part of mobilization is decreased by reducing the extracellular sodium concentration, increasing the potassium concentration or adding metabolic poison. The time-constant is independent of magnesium. 4. It is postulated, that mobilization is dependent on intracellular calcium. © 1979.
