摘要
In vitro amplified DNA encoding small subunit ribosomal RNA of Eubacterium alactolyticum was cloned and sequenced. 16S ribosomal RNA partical primary structure analysis of Eubacterium limosum was performed using the reverse transcriptase approach. The sequence studies corroborate earlier findings on a phylogenetic clustering of Eubacterium limosum, Acetobacterium woodii and Clostridium barkeri. According to its 16S ribosomal RNA Eubacterium alactolyticum shares a common phylogenetic origin with members of this cluster.
