摘要
This report describes the Partners for Progress consumer volunteer program and presents the results of an evaluation which found that program participation had positive effects on the volunteer's self-perception, sense of identity, personal development and quality of life. Volunteers' improved quality of life perceptions were found to be equal to those of the clients they served.
