摘要
The field dependence of the current density j(B) of YBa2Cu3O7.delta single crystals which carry high current densities (2.5 x 10(8) A/m(2) at 77K and 1T) is investigated by means of torque magnetometry up to 7T. The temperature dependence of the pinning force volume density F-p(B)=j(B).B may be described only roughly by an empirical scaling law. The results may be understood in the frame of the collective pinning theory [1].
