摘要
The magnetic permeability of annealed Fe74Cu1Nb3SixB22-x alloys shows a maximum value for an Si concentration of x = 14. The optimum annealing temperature giving the highest magnetic permeability correlates with the annealing temperature showing the minimum value of the lattice parameter of alpha-Fe. The lattice parameter of alpha-Fe on annealing shows a strong dependence on the concentration of Si. The occupied area of the alpha-Fe phase at the optimum annealing temperature is about 50%-80%, and depends on the B concentration in the amorphous alloy. The grain size of alpha-Fe at the optimum annealing temperature is about 130 angstrom, which has no direct effect on the magnetic permeability.
