摘要：

The existing methods for allowing for membrane action in predicting the plastic behaviour of reinforced concrete slabs are reviewed and their limitations outlined. A new equilibrium method is presented and compared with the existing methods. Comparison of the theoretical predictions of the method with the results obtained from tests on model reinforced concrete slabs shows good agreement. © 1968, Thomas Telford Ltd. All rights reserved.
