摘要
The perturbed γ-γ angular correlation technique is applied to amorphous metals for the first time. Measurements at 111Cd nuclei in amorphous gallium films show a broad probability distribution of the electric field gradient tensor. A quantitative explanation within a continuous random structural model for amorphous metals is presented which has general applicability. © 1979.
