摘要：

Anisotropic conductive film (ACF) consists of conductive particles and an adhesive. It is used to connect the tape automated bonding (TAB) to the liquid crystal display (LCD) panel. Today, surface mount technologies are essential for the miniaturization of electric products. We investigate the electric properties of connections by ACF. This paper introduces different kinds of reliability and connection resistance data and reports on the role of conductive particles.
