摘要
The mechanisms of polycondensation reactions of tetraisopropylorthotitanate with orthoboric acid in pyridine at 60-degrees-C have been studied by H-1 and C-13 nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR). The differences resulting from variations in the boric acid/alkoxide ratio in pyridine are discussed and a transfer of the alkyl groups from alkoxide to boric acid is evidenced by spectroscopic investigations.
