摘要
The low-temperature thermoelectric coefficient has been calculated for a model of fixed impurities and longitudinal Debye phonons interacting with free electrons through a Fröhlich Hamiltonian. The terms in a diagrammatic expansion of the heat-current operator and transport equation are listed systematically; those that contribute to the Seebeck coefficient through a renormalization of the electron energy, velocity, and relaxation time are calculated explicitly. Some previously neglected terms are found to be important. © 1978 The American Physical Society.
