摘要
The properties of amorphous ribbons of (Co0.93-yNiyFe0.07)75Si 15B10 with y up to 0.93 are described. particular attention is paid to the magnetization and hyperfine-field distribution. It is shown that the magnetic moment per cobalt atom is 1.07(3)μB, while the magnetic moment of iron is estimated to be 1.73(3)μB. Except of the high nickel concentration region a weak magnetic moment, 0.12(5)μB, is present on nickel atoms. For y > 0.64 a transition to the spin-glass-like state is observed. The exchange stiffness constants, as measured through the temperature dependence of the magnetization, vary linearly with the Curie temperature. It is concluded from the data that with increasing nickel content the effective exchange interaction decreases exponentially with the average distance between interacting atoms. © 1990.
