摘要：

A simple method is described for determining the dielectric constants of small dielectric plates with an accuracy of about 1% at audio and radio frequencies. Guard rings, micrometers, insulating bushings, etc. are avoided. The lead and fringe capacitances are allowed for by extrapolating the measured capacitance to zero area of the dielectric plate.
