摘要
The linkage of tetrathiafulvalene(TTF)-units to oligomeric structures leads to a new class of electron-rich donor molecules. The synthetic approach, which is based upon the condensation of suitable dithione precursors, can be modified to afford a broad variety of TTF-derivatives such as well defined dimeric and trimeric donor molecules or cyclophanes. Investigation of the redox-behavior of these systems, including cyclic voltammetry and doping experiments with several electron acceptors are described.
