摘要
A closed kinetic equation has been obtained to describe vacancy void evolution in the size and coordinate spaces. Diffusion interactions of void ensembles are considered and such kinetic parameters as void growth and motion rates and diffusion coefficients in the size and coordinate spaces have been calculated taking into account the microprocesses occurring on and near the void surface. The influence on these parameters of activation barrier distortions in the surface layer of voids has also been investigated. The kinetic equation obtained has been used to determine the conditions for vacancy void lattice stability against void growth and void displacements from lattice points.
