摘要
Magnetic resonance signals have been detected optically by monitoring the intensity of the strong 1.91 eV emission from ZnSe: Ga, P. Resonances due to donors and to PSe centres were observed, showing that the emission results from donor-acceptor radiative recombination, the PSe centre acting as a deep acceptor. © 1979.
