CRYSTALLIZATION OF GLUTATHIONE S-TRANSFERASE FROM HUMAN PLACENTA

摘要
Crystals of an acidic pi class glutathione S-transferase from human placenta have been obtained by the hanging drop method using ammonium sulphate as a precipitant. The crystals are tetragonal, space group P41212 (or P43212) with cell dimensions a = b = 60·1 Å, c = 244·0 Å. They contain a dimer in the asymmetric unit and diffract to a resolution of 2·7 Å. © 1990 Academic Press Limited.
