CHARACTERIZATION OF AMORPHOUS AND NANOCRYSTALLINE FERROMAGNETS BY FERROMAGNETIC-RESONANCE AND ANTIRESONANCE

摘要
The application of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) and antiresonance (FMAR) methods to the investigation of amorphous and nanocrystalline metallic ferromagnets is discussed with regard to final penetration of microwave radiation into the material. The expressions for the FMR and FMAR penetration depths are evaluated. An experimental study of the crystallization process in a FeNiB alloy is presented, preliminary FMR results on a nanocrystalline alloy are introduced.
