摘要
HeLa cells have four different enzymes which hydrolyze L-leucyl-naphthylamide. One of them (A) appears to be typical of cancer cell lines and is chemically distinct from the three other enzymes (B 1, B 2 and B 3) which are found in cancer cell lines as well as in fibroblastic cell strains, Cell cultures treated with Estradiol, Progesterone. Testosterone and Hydrocortisone show a decrease in the activity of the A enzyme. All steroids except Progesterone are causing an increase in the activity of the B enzymes. © 1969 S. Karger AG, Basel.
