摘要
The process of ZnO formation depends on the concentration of ZnCl2 and the (CH2)6N4/ZnCl2 molar ratio(R), and there are two routes leading to ZnO: One is its direct formation, and the other is via Zn5Cl2(OH)8 as an intermediate.
