摘要：

The aim of this work is to prepare ferrite films with a narrow FMR absorption line and to determine some magnetic parameters of polycrystalline and single crystal films and their changes with temperature. The influence of thermal treatment on the absorption line half width and on the values of the external static resonance field H is investigated. The excitation of magnetostatic modes is observed for perpendicular orientation of H and the film. The changes of these modes after polishing the surfaces of the films are investigated.
