摘要：

The case of a 37 year old woman with hemorrhagic dissection occurring in the media of the left anterior descending coronary artery is described. A massive anteroseptal infarction caused a fairly rapid death. Changes of cystic medial necrosis were found in the right main coronary artery. All the coronary vessels were remarkably free from atherosclerosis. The possible association of cystic medial necrosis with dissecting aneurysm is discussed with special reference to the incidence in Marfan's syndrome. © 1969.
