ELECTRICAL AND MAGNETIC-PROPERTIES OF HEAVY RARE-EARTH HEXABORIDES

摘要
The magnetic phase diagrams (external magnetic field versus temperature) of heavy rare-earth (Tb, Dy and Ho) hexaborides are determined for the first time on the basis of measurements of electrical resistivity, magnetoresistance, magnetic susceptibility, magnetization and specific heat. These results indicate the complex behavior of heavy rare-earth hexaborides at low temperature.
