HIGH-TEMPERATURE SUPERCONDUCTIVITY (TC EQUAL 50-K) IN THE SRXLA1-XCUO3 OF A NEW TYPE

摘要
We have found that the perovskite of the simple composition Sr//xLa//1// minus //xCuO//3 is superconducting with high T//cS. The resistivity measurements (with the four-probe method) as a function of temperature have revealed that Sr//xLa//1// minus //xCuO//3, is superconducting for 0. 1 less than x less than 0. 3 with the highest T//c approximately equals 50 K for x equals 0. 2. The compound for x equals 0 was found to be a typical isolator and for x equals 0. 3 this compound behaved as normal metallic conductor.
