摘要
Lithium-boron alloys have been studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), x-ray diffraction, and metallography over the composition range of 50-90 atomic percent (a/o) lithium. The results indicate that the alloy apparently is a two-phase material consisting of the metallide, Li7B6, and excess lithium. The alloy, utilizing the electrochemical superiority of lithium, is being developed as an anode material for molten salt batteries. © 1979, The Electrochemical Society, Inc. All rights reserved.
