摘要
2-Acetylpyridine was condensed with NH2(CH2)nNH2 (n = 2,3,4). The di-Schiff base complexes of copper(II) were obtained for simulating superoxide dismutase. Studies on the relationship between dismutase O2- ability and coordination configuration were made. Linear relationships were obtained between E1/2 of Cu(II)L/Cu(I)L, g(parallel-to)/A(parallel-to) and catalytic activities of these complexes, respectively.
