摘要
We have prepared a cubic perovskite material of the composition La(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O-3 which seems to be a suitable candidate as a substrate material for an epitaxial growth of the high-T-c superconductors. The dielectric constant of this material is 27 at 1 MHz, the loss is less than 10(-3), and the thermal coefficient of expansion is about 13 ppm, close to that of YBC superconductor.
