摘要
Oligodextrans obtained from acid hydrolysis and fractionation of native dextran produced by batch cultivation and those obtained by direct in vitro enzymatic synthesis in the presence of acceptor exhibit the same viscous behavior. Enzymatic hydrolysis has shown that branching seems to appear for M(n)Bar higher than 2000 and is closely related to a conformational transition between oligomer state and polymer state.
