摘要
Detailed informations on the crystal preparations of (La//1// minus //xSr//x)//2CuO//4// minus // delta and YBa//2Cu//3O//7// minus // delta are reported. The Sr content x in (La//1// minus //xSr//x)//2CuO//4// minus // delta crystals is shown as a function of the Sr content in the initial mixtures. For YBa//2Cu//3O//7// minus // delta , the conditions to get three types of crystals, thin plate, rectangular cube and irregular block shapes are described. Annealing effect on the resistivities of these crystals is also reported.
