摘要：

Techniques for the examination of trauma to the vertebral arteries are described in detail. The importance of the preparatory dissection is emphasised, as well as the need for radiological, and detailed gross and microscopic examination. Reference is also made to the categories of cases in which this examination may be of particular value. © 1979.
