Thirty‐eight patients with granuloma annulare were investigated with special reference to excluding diabetes mellitus by performing oral glucose tolerance tests and tissue typing. The patients had similar sex and age distributions to those in previous series. The results suggest that a relationship between granuloma annulare and diabetes mellitus does exist.
