摘要
The Ss sorted unrelated words into categories using whatever principles occurred to them. They were then asked to provide labels for the categories. Finally, some Ss were asked to recall the words with their subjective category labels as cues, while others were not given cues in recall. The cues facilitated recall. © 1968 Academic Press Inc.
