摘要：

The reaction kinetics of crude luciferase preparations with or without added synthetic luciferin were examined. The activity of luciferase decreased with time at room temperature, so did the concentration of luciferin in the enjyme solution. When luciferin was added to solutions with different concentration of luciferase, the maximum enhancement in light emission was observed at low luciferase concentration.
