摘要
The effect of the formation of autosolitons of light in inverted media with linear losses is predicted. A method for investigation of autosolitons and predictions of all their parameters based on using the formalism of the Fokker-Planck equation is developed. A comparison of the results of the developed theory with the data of numerical experiments simulating the propagation of pulses in inverted media with linear losses is carried out. A good agreement of the parameters of autosolitons observed in numerical experiments with those predicted by the developed theory is obtained. © 1990.
