摘要
The problem of rescheduling generators and shedding loads in an emergency state is formulated as a nonlinear optimization problem. The desired solution is a set of control actions which, when applied, removes all the constraint violations such as abnormal voltages and line overloads with a minimum of rescheduling and load shedding. The nonlinear problem is approximated by an accurate sensitivity model which takes into account • real and reactive nodal injections, • voltage angles and magnitudes, • loads' sensitivity to voltage magnitudes. This formulation is applicable for real-time emergency state control problems and detail off-line studies where the voltage profile and var scheduling are important. An upper-bounding, sparse, linear programming algorithm is used to solve the linearized scheduling problem. The effectiveness of this algorithm is demonstrated on a 17-node system, and the feasibility of this algorithm for large systems is discussed.
