摘要：

Homogeneous nucleation at variable supersaturation is discussed. A kinetic equation for the size distribution function of the clusters is obtained. A relation is indicated between the transition probabilities and the isothermal reversible work required for cluster formation. Finally, a general expression is given for the time-dependent nucleation rate. © 1969.
