摘要：

The measurement technique for swaying aerodynamic derivatives is developed. For buffeting analysis, both the accurate and practical methods for buffeting response spectrum are proposed and comparison between these two methods is carried out through numerical examples of two bridges. It is shown that the practical method is accurate enough for engineering applications.
